COLORADO SPRINGS — Police reportedly followed a trail of blood from a broken church window early Sunday morning to a bleeding 17-year-old.
Neighbors reported suspicious activity about 4 a.m. at the Lighthouse Baptist Church at 4280 Hopeful Drive, police said.
Police arrived and found two broken windows, then followed a trail of blood a short distance to find the teen. He was taken to a local hospital. His cuts were described as serious but not life-threatening.
