Police are asking for help in identifying a man they believe stole credit cards from two Westminster men, and charged more than $8,000 in one hour.

On March 17, two men were working out at the 24-Hour Fitness gym on 120th Avenue near Sheridan Boulevard when someone broke into their lockers and stole their wallets and credit cards, according to a news release from the Westminster Police Department.

Police say the suspect filled out a guest membership pass, which gave him access to the men’s locker room.

In one hour, the suspect visited two Best Buy stores and a Target, charging more than $8,600.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
