LOVELAND — Police are looking for a registered sex offender who allegedly took photographs Monday afternoon of a boy using the restroom at North Lake Park.
Police say Jakob Reuben Mayer, 29, of Loveland sped away from the park in his white 1994 Chrysler Le Baron with Colorado plates 631-VJI.
Records show Mayer pleaded guilty to child enticement in Larimer County in 2005 and was sentenced to two years in state prison and 10 years of probation.
