The owner of a truck driven by a woman who fled the scene of a fatal hit-and-run pleaded guilty Monday to being an accessory to the crime.

Eliu Montes-Garcia, 28, is the last of four people charged in the death of valet Jose Medina to plead guilty. He faces up to three years in prison when he is sentenced July 25.

Norma Vera-Nolasco, 31, was the driver of the truck that hit Medina as he worked outside the Rockstar Lounge on Jan. 22. Prosecutors said Vera-Nolasco was driving drunk when she hit Medina. She faces up to 12 years in prison Sept. 19.
