MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo.—The Manitou Springs City Council has ordered water restrictions because of dry conditions on Pikes Peak and low reservoir levels.
The restrictions limit the days and times residents can water their lawns.
According to KRDO-TV, outdoor watering is permitted for a maximum of two hours on a day on alternating days.
Unrestricted hand watering and drip irrigation are permitted at any time.
