It will cost Cordillera Club members at least $5.2 million and a little alimony to divorce David Wilhelm, the Vail Daily reported Thursday. A deal is on the table that would pay Wilhelm $15,000 per member to turn the club over to them. If 350 of them opt in, Wilhelm opts out, members say. The Cordillera Club had more than 600 members when the year started.
