MIAMI — Tropical Storm Dora has formed in the Pacific off southern Mexico on a track forecast to keep it out to sea.
The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami says the storm could become a hurricane by Wednesday.
In the Atlantic, Tropical Storm Bret was moving slowly north-northeast from the Bahamas and forecast to stay away from the U.S. East Coast.
