COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Interior Secretary Ken Salazar is planning to outline his department’s support for rural and agricultural communities.
Salazar is delivering the keynote address Sunday at the Western Association of State Departments of Agriculture.
The organization includes leaders of the agriculture departments from the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
