Former Denver mayoral candidate Chris Romer accepted a job as vice president of development and educational partnerships at the Community College of Denver.
Romer will be responsible for developing and reinstituting the CCD Foundation, with the primary task of raising funds for student scholarship and academic excellence awards.
He will help develop relationships with Denver Public Schools and other school systems.
