MANZANOLA, Colo.—Black Hills Energy says power has been restored to about 520 customers in Manzanola and Ordway who lost service after a storm with strong winds knocked down 14 power poles along U.S. 50.
The downed poles closed the highway temporarily Thursday night east of Manzanola.
The utility says power was restored after about 40 minutes.
