Traffic will be restricted on northbound Interstate 25 between Auraria Parkway and Speer Boulevard tonight and tomorrow night.
Crews will remove an overhead sign as part of the I-25 bridge replacement project over the South Platte River.
One lane will close at 7 p.m. with a second lane closing at 9 p.m. and all lanes closing at 11 p.m. each night, then reopen by 5 a.m.
In addition, the ramps from eastbound and westbound Colfax Avenue at I-25 will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night through Thursday for drainage work and paving.
Detours will be marked, but “major delays are expected each night and alternate routes are strongly advised,” the Colorado Department of Transportation said this afternoon.
