COLORADO SPRINGS — Two people were dead and another was in critical condition after a shooting Friday evening in south Colorado Springs that police are investigating as a possible murder-suicide.
An elderly man with a head wound was dead on the sidewalk in front of a home in the 300 block of East Las Vegas Street. Police said an elderly woman was found dead inside a nearby house. Another victim, a man in his 50s, was hospitalized with apparent gunshot wounds.
Police said all three are thought to be members of the same family. Their names were not released.
