Police are looking for a man accused of robbing a Colorado Springs convenience store at gunpoint early this morning.
At 12:40 a.m., officers were called to the Loaf ‘N Jug store at 4770 Drennan Road on reports of a robbery, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department’s blotter.
Police learned that a a lone gunman entered the store and demanded money and merchandise from the clerk.
No one was injured and the suspect fled the store.
The man was described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 110 to 120 pounds. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweat shirt, a bandana over his face and a pair of sunglasses.
