Timothy Duggan, a former Boulder resident, was named to the most aggressive rider jersey for the wild final stage of the race.
Duggan, who races for Liquigas-Cannondale, is a free agent who improved his stock.
Other special jerseys went to Tejay Van Garderen for best young rider, Colombian Rafael Montiel for king of the mountain and two-stage winner Elia Viviani for the green points jersey as the top sprinter.
