BOULDER — A 14-year-old boy was quickly rescued Monday afternoon after he slipped and fell from a rock into South Boulder Creek.
The boy, who was not immediately identified, sustained only minor injuries and was not hospitalized.
The boy’s family and cyclists in the area worked to get the boy out of the water. A swift-water rescue team was deployed, but the team was quickly called off.
