
Aurora police released a composite sketch today of the suspect in the ongoing investigation of an attempted abduction of a 13-year-old girl that occurred Sept. 29, 2011 near Eldorado Park.
The girl was walking to school and was near the 17200 block of East Brown Circle when a man described as being more than 6 feet tall, white and 20-40 years old with blond hair and crooked teeth attempted to drag the girl to his nearby vehicle. His van is being described as a white Chrysler or Dodge minivan.
The girl was able to shake loose from the assailant and run to school where Aurora police were notified. Police patrolled the immediate area but were unable to find anyone matching the suspect’s description.
