Wind-turbine manufacturer Vestas-American Wind Technology says it will build blades for 21 turbines at its new plant in Brighton.
Vestas said Thursday that Green Mountain Power in Colchester, Vt., ordered the turbines for the Kingdom Community Wind Project near Lowell, Vt.
