I’ll give it to . I’d listened to their record, and it didn’t do much for me. But then a friend asked me if I’d heard the band’s hit, “Sometime Around Midnight.” I had, but I was also multitasking when I first listened to the record, and now it’s fair to say I’d missed one of the best pop builds in the last couple years.
