COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Police say a woman who was bitter over her breakup with her ex-boyfriend led to a home-invasion in Colorado Springs.

The Gazette reports ( ) the woman recruited two friends to break into her ex-boyfriend’s new female friend’s apartment and hit her in the face early Saturday.

Police responded to the scene and found three suspects in the apartment building’s parking lot. Officers arrested Shanntel Ottcson, Katyln Roseboro and Brian Sojourner on suspicion of burglary. The victim refused medical treatment.

The paper says it’s unclear which of the women arrested instigated the incident.
