ASPEN — Residents and visitors who enjoy shopping for fresh produce at Jack Reed’s market outside of Peach’s Corner Café can now find him throughout the cold season at a new location.
Reed has partnered with two business-savvy Aspen women to set up shop indoors for the winter. The Aspen Emporium and Flying Circus will be a unique retail shop, opening at 315 E. Main St., next to the Miners’ Building.
“It’s going to be an unusual retail experience, getting back to funky old Aspen,” said the store’s co-owner, Shirley Tipton.
Tipton and her partner, Shae Singer, leased their new location, which they hope to open Nov. 1.
