GREELEY — Seventy-four-year-old Joyce Bradmon is facing a felony menacing charge after neighbors say she pulled a gun on some children in her neighborhood.
They were drawing with chalk in a driveway next to her home, according to neighbors.
9News reported about the incident in August and spoke with Bradmon as she was riding on her motorized wheelchair on the sidewalk in front of her home.
“It’s a pellet gun. It wasn’t loaded,” Bradmon said.
Since then — nearly two months and a felony charge later — neighbors say they have feared for the safety of their children.
