BOULDER, Colo.—A convicted Colorado sex offender is back in the Boulder County Jail after being extradited from Croatia.
Police say 38-year-old David McClarnon was arrested in August by Croatian police at a hotel in the Croatian capital of Zagreb.
According to KMGH-TV (), the Boulder County district attorney’s office alerted international authorities that McClarnon was wanted for a probation violation and failing to register as a sex offender.
McClarnon was arrested after he went to the U.S. Embassy in Zagreb to get pages added to his passport.
