UQM Technologies Inc. said Thursday it has begun high-volume production of its PowerPhase Pro electric motors and controllers.
The Longmont-based company also posted a net loss after the markets closed Thursday of $1.6 million, or 4 cents per share, for the second quarter. That compared with a loss of $377,793, or 2 cents per share, in the comparable quarter last year. Revenue rose to $2.3 million from $2 million last year.
