COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Prosecutors have filed charges against a Calhan woman and her boyfriend in the death of the woman’s ex-boyfriend.
The Gazette reports ( ) 47-year-old Traci Adams and 48-year-old Mark Manyik were each charged Monday with two counts of first-degree murder in the death of 55-year-old Robert Miles. Authorities say he was killed Oct. 22 with a shotgun blast to the abdomen.
Prosecutors allege Adams had lured Miles to the home in Calhan where he was shot.
Adams and Manyik also are charged with robbery, tampering with evidence and two counts of a sentence enhancer that could double penalties they face if they are convicted.
