Metro Denver home prices, including distressed sales, fell 0.4 percent in October from October 2010, according to the CoreLogic October Home Price Index.
The decline, however, represents a moderation from the 1.3 percent annual drop measured in the September index. And if distressed sales are excluded, prices actually rose 1.3 percent in October on an annual basis.
In Colorado, CoreLogic estimates home prices fell 1.2 percent year-over-year in October including distressed sales and rose 0.1 percent excluding them.
