Denver police are looking for a man accused of seriously injuring a 79-year-old woman when he knocked her to the ground, dragged her into a parking garage and stole her purse.

At 4:20 p.m. on Nov. 21, the woman was knocked over and dragged out of the Macy’s entrance at 15 S. Steele St., in Cherry Creek Shopping Center, according to the Denver Police Department. About 30 minutes later, surveillance video captured the suspect using the woman’s credit card at a Glendale King Soopers and Target. The suspect was driving a silver 1995 to 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara or Chevrolet Tracker. He is described as 30 to 49 years old, clean-shaven, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, with black hair.
