FORT COLLINS — Sheriff’s officials say four high-security inmates accused of throwing fecal matter in the Larimer County jail, using sinks and toilets to flood their cells and then barricading themselves in the cells have been charged with felonies.

The disturbance Nov. 20 resulted in a lockdown of the facility.

Sheriff’s officials say Dylan Jade Garbino, 19; Bryant Vidal Palacios and Shawn Cole Camu, both 23; and Christopher Nathaniel Green, 26, are each charged with rioting in a jail, conspiracy to riot in a jail, a hazardous-waste violation and six counts of second-degree assault.
