COLORADO SPRINGS — A photographer accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl and taking sexually explicit photos of her and her younger sister was charged Wednesday with nearly 40 criminal counts.
Glen Owen Godec waived the reading of his charges during a brief appearance before 4th Judicial District Judge Gregory Werner.
The judge appointed a public defender to represent him and ordered that Godec have no contact with children as a condition of his $50,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for Feb. 22.
Godec, 46, photographed children in the Pikes Peak area as part of a business he ran through eBay, online records show.
