COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Prosecutors have formally filed 40 criminal counts against a Colorado Springs photographer accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl and taking sexually explicit photos of her and her younger sister.
Glen Owen Godec made a brief court appearance Wednesday. The Gazette reports ( ) a judge appointed a public defender to represent him and ordered Godec to have no contact with children as a condition of his $50,000 bond.
