Denver police Wednesday named a suspect in the death of 43-year-old Elia Anastacio, who was found in her Denver apartment Friday with multiple stab wounds to her neck.
Crisanto Tirso-Jiminez, 35, is wanted on a warrant alleging first-degree murder in the apartment at 1625 Clarkson St. The charge indicates premeditation, but police did not elaborate on the relationship between the two.
“Detectives have obtained information that the suspect fled to Mexico,” police said in a statement.
Anyone with information about Tirso-Jiminez is asked to call Denver police at 720-913- 2000 or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tips also can be sent by text to CRIMES (274637). There is a $2,000 reward. The Denver Post
