STERLING, Colo.—The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 3-year-old boy’s body was found following a search.
Lt. Joseph McBride said Monday deputies were concerned after someone called to tell them a young child had not been seen for a while.
According to the Sterling Journal Advocate ( ), deputies got a search warrant and found the body.
An autopsy is pending. There was no information on when the body was found.
Authorities say a suspect has been identified and an arrest warrant issued.
