GREELEY — A convicted sex offender was booked into the Weld County jail Tuesday wearing only a thong after witnesses said he took an early-morning stroll into the Boys and Girls Club in east Greeley.
For that trip, he apparently took off the thong.
Greeley police arrested Jeffery Krier, 51, of Orchard, on Tuesday morning on suspicion of two felony counts of indecent exposure.
