An armed gunman held up an adult-themed business in Colorado Springs and fled cashless.
The attempted robbery happened at about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday at Crystal’s, 3737 Austin Bluffs Pkwy., according to the Colorado Springs Police Department Crime blotter.
The lone gunman, wearing a dark hoodie, black ski mask and black gloves, brandished a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded cash from an employee, police said.
“His efforts were unrewarded, no money was available for the taking,” police said.
The frustrated bad guy fled in a gold or silver, late-model Buick four-door sedan.
He is described as black man in his late 20s, about 5-feet 10-inches tall with a heavy build, weighing about 250 pounds.
No one was injured in the incident.
