Windsor’s booster club and athletic department will unveil the school’s first Hall of Fame induction class May 3 at the Water Valley Clubhouse.
The Wizards will be honoring outstanding teams and individuals.
Headlining the inaugural class is the 1924 boys basketball team, which won a national championship. That team has been honored by the Colorado High School Activities Association.
H.J. Dudley (whose name is on the school’s football stadium), Reg Figal, Janet (Winter) Harris, Mo Kvamme, Gene Morey and football star Greg Myers, who was an All-American at Colorado State, also will be honored.
The class will be highlighted in a museum display in the fall. Information: Nancy Hardy, 970-674-8968 or 970-691-2020.
