National Pancake Day is back, and this year the International House of Pancakes is hoping to raise a lot of dough for sick children by giving away free pancakes.
For every short stack of buttermilk pancakes served on National Pancake Day, IHOP guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
IHOP hopes to raise $2.7 million this year. The breakfast chain has raised nealy $8 million for charity since National Pancake Day began in 2006.
