FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Xcel Energy is briefing Front Range residents on plans to replace about 77 miles of natural gas pipeline.
The meetings on Wednesday will cover the impact of the program on businesses and residents of Boulder, Weld and Larimer counties.
The company says the project will take several years and it’s necessary to ensure reliable service.
