Here’s the complete list of ski and snowboard deaths in the 2011-12 ski season, as compiled by The Post’s library:
1. Nov. 18, 2011 — A 62-year-old Vail doctor and went over an embankment on Vail Mountain during the resort’s opening day. Dr. Charles Tuft, was a specialist in emergency medicine and a doctor at Vail Valley Medical Center and president of the Alpine Mobile Physicians. He was wearing a helmet
2. Nov. 18, 2011 — 20-year-old Evan Massini from Westbrook, Conn., a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder while snowboarding on Northstar, an intermediate trail at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Though he was wearing a helmet, he sustained massive internal injuries and died at Breckenridge Medical Center.
3. Jan. 14, 2012 — 25-year-old Sydney Elizabeth Owens of Denver at the Silverton Mountain ski resort.
4. January 18, 2012 — Gabriel Lee Hilliard, 30, of Aspen after hitting two trees in the Canopy Cruiser area of Aspen Highlands.
5. January 18, 2012 — Keith Ames, 43, of Aspen while skiing in an out-of-bounds area near Snowmass Ski Area.
6. January 20, 2012 — Donald Hinckley, 51, of Austin, Texas when he collapsed and hit his head on the stump at Copper Mountain. He was wearing a helmet.
7. January 22, 2012 — Christopher Norris, 28, of Evergreen in open terrain in the Trestle Trees area of Mary Jane Mountain.
8. January 22, 2012 — Taft Conlin, 13, of Eagle was in a closed area of Prima Cornice, a double-black-diamond run.
9. January 25, 2012 — Vesselin Vlassev, 54, of Westminster, . He was without a helmet.
10. February 5, 2012 – Odo Lessacher, 58, of Griffin, GA., from internal bleeding and blunt force trauma to the chest. He was not wearing a helmet.
11. February 7, 2012 – A 37-year-old Missouri man was He was wearing a helmet.
12. February 9, 2012 – William Emberton, 72, of Stonington, Conn., and a brain injury suffered at Keystone Resort two days earlier. He was wearing a helmet.
13. February 19, 2012 – Hannah Randolph , 15, of Wellesley, Mass, . She was wearing a helmet.
14. February 26, 2012 – Joshua B. Allen, 24, of Tampa, FL at Keystone Resort.
