LOVELAND – — Mike Myers of Loveland didn’t expect that when he asked the question, “Do you have any experience with continually dry hopped beers that you would like to share?” that he would get to go to beer camp and ultimately have his beer on tap for a limited time at two Loveland venues.
Myers posted his question about pale ales and experimenting with dry hops additions in an “Ask Sierra Nevada’s Experts” forum at the American Homebrewer’s Association.
Staff members of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. selected nine home-brewers through the forum to take part in a beer camp in Sierra, Nev.
“I just had to get there and they took care of the rest,” Myers said.
