COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The Colorado State Patrol says a Fort Carson soldier has died in a single-vehicle rollover crash.
Troopers say Jamale Franklin was trying to turn when he lost control of his vehicle on Sunday and spun off the road.
According to KKTV-TV ( ), a passenger, Rayshan Williams, was injured in the crash.
