LOVELAND, Colo.—The manager of a Loveland sub shop is facing charges after past and present employees accused him of sexually assaulting them at work.
Charley’s Grilled Subs manager Harshad Patel was being held on $20,000 bond Tuesday. He was arrested on suspicion of multiple counts of unlawful sexual contact, a misdemeanor.
The Loveland Reporter-Herald ( ) reports that according to an arrest affidavit, three women allege Patel groped them inappropriately in his office, the freezer and at the food preparation table.
Patel’s phone number is unlisted, and he couldn’t be reached for comment.
