COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs investigators say a house fire that displaced a family was intentionally started by a juvenile.
Investigators said the youth is charged with arson. Damage is estimated at more than $180,000.
According to KRDO-TV ( ), Kim Collins was home-schooling her four children when they heard smoke alarms. The family and their dog escaped without injury.
No motive was given for the fire.
