COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A water project that would pump Arkansas River water from the Pueblo Dam to Colorado Springs has been put on hold.
A Pueblo County judge ruled Thursday that a key state certification needs more work.
According to the Colorado Springs Gazette ( ), the 62-mile-long pipeline already under construction has come under scrutiny over questions of water quality and water rights.
