ARVADA, Colo.—A 16-year-old Arvada high school sophomore is facing sexual assault charges in a case involving other students.
The unidentified teen is charged with three counts of unlawful sexual contact, indecent exposure, and third-degree assault on one of his alleged victims.
Pam Russell, spokeswoman for the district attorney’s office, tells KUSA-TV ( ) the accused crimes happened off campus last year.
