A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman who offered to let him stay in her house in exchange for him helping her fill out immigration documents.
Ricardo Gonzales Gutierrez, 43, has been charged with one count of sexual assault.
Gutierrez allegedly sexually assaulted the 43-year-old woman on June 10, 2012, in her northeast Denver home, according to Lynn Kimbrough, spokeswoman for District Attorney Mitch Morrissey.
Gutierrez remains in custody in the Denver Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on June 18 for formal advisement of charges.
