COLORADO SPRINGS —Police are seeking a woman armed with a knife who robbed a dry cleaners Friday evening.
The woman pointed the knife at a worker in King’s Cleaners & Laundromat, 1536 S. Nevada Ave., and said she also was armed with a gun.
She demanded cash and fled through a back door, Colorado Springs police said.
The robber was described as a thin white female, about 20 years old, 5-feet, 6-inches tall with black hair. During the heist she was wearing a black sweater and black sunglasses and carrying an orange purse, police said.
A K-9 unit searched the scene but found no trail, police said.
There were no reports of injuries in the robbery.
