On Sunday, CBS will launch its latest reality show, “3,” adapted from an Israeli hit. It’s a twist on the usual dating show, with three women of different backgrounds and goals — April Francis, Rachel Harley and Libby Lopez — each looking for a mate from among 100 potential suitors.
