A Denver jury found Julie Carleen Johnson-Garcia, 56, of Parker guilty of attempt to influence a public servant, a class 4 felony. She was found not guilty of tampering with a witness, a felony charge filed because prosecutors said she lied to investigators and tried to get others to lie, as well.
She was accused of allowing two cadets take home copies of actual exam, and her role in a copy of the test circulating between a small group of cadets in LaJunta.
