DENVER—A man arrested in connection with a double slaying on the Eastern Plains is also under investigation in Aurora over a disturbance at a townhome complex.
In eastern Colorado, Yuma County sheriff’s officials say 30-year-old Tyler Withrow was arrested Monday after deputies responding to a 911 hang up call in Kirk. Authorities found Withrow at a home with the bodies of two women. Their identities weren’t immediately released.
In Aurora, police Sgt. Cassidee Carlson tells The Denver Post () Withrow is under investigation after a disturbance July 27. Officers say they found Withrow naked in a neighbor’s garage, where he allegedly was smashing car windows with a golf club. Carlson says officers used a stun gun on Withrow after he didn’t respond to police commands.
