Broomfield’s new 1stBank Event Center, where Neil Diamond played to a packed house last month and Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow and Cirque du Soleil are booked this fall, has also lured a new-urban master-planned community: homes, shops, dining and RTD (including a planned Light Rail stop), smack in the middle of the Interlocken corridor — perfect for commuting into Denver or Boulder.
