PUEBLO, Colo.—Pueblo police have arrested a man on charges that he ran over a passenger who left his pick-up truck and then beat him with a weapon.
Robert Stanford is accused of attacking 25-year-old Jimmy Holland on Thursday.
Witnesses say Holland got out of the Stanford’s pick-up truck and began walking away when Stanford struck him with the vehicle. Witnesses say Stanford then got out of the truck and hit Holland.
According to KRDO-TV ( ), Holland suffered a serious brain injury.
Police are still trying to determine what caused the dispute.
